McDonalds

We noticed this morning, that the previous link for McDonald's information has changed.  Here is the link to the latest ingredient information.

Dunkin' Donuts

Dunkin' Donuts obviously does not have very many Gluten Free Items.  They do have some beverages that appear to be okay.  Here is the link to their Nutrition portion of their website.  Since they don't have a dedicated listing of allergens, you have to select the product you want to review and then look at the ingredients listed for it.

Arby's

Here is a link to Arby's menu items without Gluten.  It looks like most of the meats, toppings, and salads are gluten free, but the French Fries must be fried with other items, as they are not listed.

Taco Bell

Here is the link to Taco Bell's allergen menu, which lists all menu items with wheat/gluten, as well as those items that are prepared with items containing wheat/gluten.  Unfortunately, there are not a lot of safe options, but there are a couple of things.

We're now on Facebook

We've started an account on Facebook for the website as another way for members of the community to connect.  If you're a Facebook user, be sure to stop by and add us as a Friend.  Here is a link directly to our page.  That way any updates to the website, or any other things shared within Facebook will show in your news feed.  As always, we appreciate your support, and look forward to your contributions to the community.

As a side note, we've decided to discontinue our Twitter account.  It seems that most of our followers were also on Facebook, and preferred that over Twitter.  Sorry for any inconvenience that might cause.

Red Robin

Red Robin has a gluten free menu, which can be found here.  It seems like many of their foods can be customized to be gluten free, including their hamburgers without the Red Robin seasoning (and bun).  They recently opened a location at Citrus Park Mall, and have a location at Wiregrass opening soon.

Seasons 52

Seasons 52 offers a number of "Alternative Menus", including a Gluten Free Menu.  They have a location near Westshore Mall in Tampa, as well as number of locations across the country.

Frida's Cafe & Bakery

Today, while in Largo, I noticed a sign for a cafe and bakery advertising Gluten Free foods.  Frida's Cafe & Bakery is a traditional bakery which offers a fair selection of Gluten Free foods as well.  Today's items included Coconut Macaroons, Cheesecakes, Chocolate Cakes, and Almond Cookies.  We tried the Coconut Macaroons and an almond raspberry cheesecake, which were both very good.  I don't know if they have a regular selection of these items, or if their Gluten Free items vary.  Either way, if you are in the area and looking for some Gluten Free baked goods, you should stop by and check it out.
