Whole Foods
Here is a listing of the Whole Foods Gluten Free products available in their Tampa store. I have also included a link to their Gluten Free Bakehouse. Here they share their available and upcoming products, as well as the general schedules of availability.
Publix Gluten Free Products
We recently came across this listing for all of Publix's Gluten Free products. It is a very detailed list, divided by product type, indicating which Publix branded items are Gluten Free.

BabyCakes of NYC has opened and is offering a number of gluten free bakery items. Their menu, including their Gluten Free offerings, can be found here.

Restaurant Page
We've added a dedicated page to the site listing all of the Gluten Free menus we have collected from local restaurants. We thought this would be easier and more accessible than having to search the site for the specific restaurant you might be looking for.
In the future, we hope to add similar tabs for other similar items (perhaps Grocery stores, GF products, etc.). As always, if you have any suggestions or comments about the site, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you.

Carrabba's Italian Grill - GF Menu
Carrabba's has changed the location of their gluten free menu. It has been relocated to here.
Moe's now has a Gluten Free page
Moe's has recently launched a gluten free page to their website, and now offers something to actually put their gluten free item in (which wasn't always the case before). Now you can have most of their items in a rice bowl, which is gluten free. Now if there was only a way for their taco shells and chips to be gluten free.

Steak N Shake
Here is a link to Steak N Shake's listing of ingredients and allergens for all of their menu items. It is quite extensive, but labels any allergens in each of the menu items. Most of the food items seem safe (minus the bun).
Starbucks
Starbucks has one of the most unique online menus I have seen. While they don't specifically publish an allergen menu, under each of their menus (food or drink) you can exclude items that contain a certain allergen. The menu will then show only items remaining without that allergen. Stop by to check it out for yourself.
First Watch
First Watch offers a comprehensive Gluten Free Menu, indicating which of their items are gluten free along with any substitutions required to make a meal gluten free.
Red Lobster
Here is a link to the Red Lobster Allergen Menu. Unfortunately, there is very little available to gluten free diners. It seems like most (if not all) of the crab leg meals are okay, along with Shrimp Scampi and a couple of blackened fish dishes.
Sonic Drive In
Here is a link to Sonic's Allergen Menu which details items containing wheat and/or gluten. Obviously the usual suspects are out, but they have a few available menu items. Also, it appears most of their ice creams and drinks are safe - with the exception of those that have things like cookies added.
Gluten Free Food Expo
The south Florida chapter of the Celiac Disease Foundation is hosting a Gluten Free Food Expo in West Palm Beach, FL on February 19th. More information about the event can be found here. According to the article a number of vendors and retailers will be present to show and share the latest products, as well as to discuss Gluten Free foods, Celiac disease etc. The organizer said they are expecting 3,000+ people to attend, making this one of the largest events of its kind, and the largest ever in Florida.
If you are planning on attending, please post your thoughts and comments from the event.

Olive Garden
I just discovered that Olive Garden now offers a Gluten Free menu. I have no idea how long they've offered it, but I just came across it on their website this morning. They offer some of their grilled items, as well as a dish over gluten free pasta.

Kentucky Fried Chicken
As one would probably expect, there appears to be no safe items at Kentucky Fried Chicken for those on a gluten free diet. Their allergen listing can be found here. The only things that appear to be safe were a couple of "Sandwich Fixings"; lettuce, tomato, cheese. Even their grilled products were not safe. I'm not sure if its due to cross contamination or if there is wheat/gluten in the seasonings, etc. I am a bit surprised, however, that they don't offer a single item for such a large portion of the population. It seems most national chains at least attempt to offer something - even if it is only a salad.
Chili's
Chili's has published an allergen listing for their menu items, including wheat/gluten. Similar to Applebee's, I haven't been to a Chili's in some time, so I'm not sure how much of their menu is safe, but there appears to be a fair number of options. Please feel free to share your gluten free dining experiences at Chili's.

Applebee's
Applebee's has published a comprehensive allergen listing for their menu items, including wheat. I haven't been to an Applebee's in quite some time so I'm not sure how much of their menu the safe items represent, but the listing includes more items than I initially would have guessed. Please feel free to share any comments related to your gluten free experience at Applebee's.

Hydrolyzed Wheat Flour may be OK?
According to this site, as well as other multiple sites reporting the same, hydrolyzed wheat flour baked goods have shown in a recent study to not affect celiac patients. Obviously this is an exciting development, as it appears with some processing wheat flour goods may soon be available (and safe) for those afflicted with Celiac Disease.

Subway offering Gluten Free alternatives?
According to this site, Subway will begin testing a gluten free roll and brownie in some of its Dallas area markets. They also see to have some interesting ideas on how to keep them from being cross contaminated in the restaurant. If the testing goes well, they will begin offering these products nationally.

Interesting Site Statistics
I wanted to take a minute and share some interesting site statistics as the site has reached another unique milestone. Yesterday this hosted its 150th unique visitor, which prompted me to further look into the community that shares the site.
Within the United States, the site has been visited by members of 23 states, as well as the District of Columbia. The top 5 visiting states are: Florida (1), Massachusetts (2), Georgia (3), North Carolina (4), and New York and Connecticut (tied for 5).
The most popular post views on the site have been Moe's followed closely by Tijuana Flats. Most of the other posts have a pretty uniform distribution of views.
I wanted to thank everyone again for visiting the site and sharing it with other members of the community. Knowing the popularity of the site, I'd like to try and expand the content of the site, as well as develop the community both here and on the Facebook Page. Please feel free to forward any menus we might be missing, upcoming events, or other items you'd like to see discussed. We look forward to your input.

Burger King
Burger King has put together a nice clear listing of gluten free products which are safe to consume. The list of these items can be found here.
Long John Silver's
As expected, there aren't very many gluten free choices at Long John Silver's. However, it does appear that some of the side items are available. Here is a link to the Allergen Menu.
Taco Bell
Here is the link to Taco Bell's Allergen Menu. As expected, there aren't very many gluten free offerings, but there are a couple of items which may be safe.
